Fiona was excellent at listening and helped me make suggestions for improvements in my leadership shift. I felt fully supported and more confident in myself by the end of the session. I have gained more confidence and self-belief. Fiona enabled me to look at things from a different point of view, encouraging me to be better. Recommendations on a variety of theories were also suggested and now I am striving to be the better leader, with the intent of inspiring others and motivating the team towards a bright future.
