Helpful for slowing down, stepping away from the heavy workload, and thinking more strategically about my development as a manager/leader/influencer. Fiona was great. She asked a lot of good questions to get me thinking and offered plenty of helpful advice.

Fiona was excellent at listening and helped me make suggestions for improvements in my leadership shift. I felt fully supported and more confident in myself by the end of the session. I have gained more confidence and self-belief. Fiona enabled me to look at things from a different point of view, encouraging me to be better. Recommendations on a variety of theories were also suggested and now I am striving to be the better leader, with the intent of inspiring others and motivating the team towards a bright future. Thank you for all your help.

03 Security and Defence

I have been able to identify the change I am trying to make as a manager and break it down. This was really helpful to reinforce the change and to refresh myself on the ‘why?’ behind the change. I have previously focussed on the ‘what am I trying to change?’ in coaching sessions, so the ‘why?’ was quite powerful. Personally, I need to have more regular coaching sessions so that I keep focussed.
